Rarely do we have the opportunity to do a straight and level driveway that simply runs from the street to the garage. I suppose that really the only thing that I can attribute this to is that as a Custom Builder, my clients do not generally have flat, square lots. In Layman’s terms and for the purposes of this explanation, a Pocket Roof could be considered as any area that is between the ceiling of a room and the roof of the house that will become inaccessible once the ceiling of the room is installed and the area above the ceiling is covered up by the roof.
